 21 Box Jumps, 24/20″
18 Wall Balls, 20/14
15 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1-pood
12 Burpees


This week we will have normal class time Monday - Wednesday! 
Thursday we will be closed for Thanksgiving! 
Friday- 1 class only at 10am
Saturday- 9am class normal time
