Kettlebell Clean and Press x 5-7 reps each arm

Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Front Squat + Jerk @ 92-95%
C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
20 Wall Ball Shots
10 Toes to Bar
