Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

We like easy, this took 5 minutes to make and we will have breakfast ready to go when we get up. Next time ill get a better picture. This is how we make them, basically you just soak your oatmeal overnight. :)

1 cup oats
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protien
Alomond Milk (unsweetened of course)
(I now prefer Raw Milk)
teaspoon of chia seeds
teaspoon of nut butter
Sprinkle of Ciniamon
and stir, then refrigerate overnight. 

also easy to add
-mashed bannanas
-chia seeds are not nessasary
-Protein not nessasary
