Power Cleans- 3 sets of 1-1-1-1  with a 10 second rest in between cleans. 
Ring Dips- Max reps 3 sets

Back Squats

W.O.D- 3 rounds total, with a 3 min rest between rounds
3 min A.M.R.A.P of:
Hang  Power clean + 1 front squat
Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
Hang Power Clean + 3 Front Squats
